Recruiting Specialist
Primary Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Engagement:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract bilingual candidates.
Conduct outreach to community organizations, educational institutions, and industry groups.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and community leaders.
Recruitment Process Management:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support.
Community Relations:

Represent the company at community events, job fairs, and networking functions.
Collaborate with local community groups to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Provide insights into community trends and feedback to improve recruitment strategies.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Prepare reports and track key metrics related to recruitment efforts.
Assist with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manages the entire recruitment process from creating job descriptions to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Strategic Sourcing: Develops and implements strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
Client Interaction: Works closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their needs, provide guidance on hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Candidate Management: Maintains a pipeline of candidates, provides feedback, and guides them through the recruitment process.

Market Analysis: Researches and analyzes market trends to advise on compensation, job market conditions, and best practices.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensures adherence to employment laws and regulations, and prepares reports on recruiting metrics and outcomes.

*Qualifications:

Typically requires more experience in recruiting or HR.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, industry trends, and candidate assessment techniques.
Often requires a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on community engagement a plus.
Language Skills:

Fluency in [English] and [Chinese] is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
