Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Preparation of job advertisement and ensure that the advertisement match the job requirements.
准备招聘广告,确保广告符合工作要求。
2. Update job descriptions and cooperate with function departments conc. job description for new positions.
更新职位描述并与职能部门合作草拟新职位的职位描述。
3. Receive and review incoming application forms including classification by position or department, screening and short-listing candidate profiles.
接收和审核收到的申请表,包括按职位或部门分类,筛选和简短列出候选人资料。
4. Coordinate with the recruiting agency for the competency requirements for the open positions, search target and other related info pertaining to the search.
与招聘机构协调开放职位,搜索目标和与搜索相关的其他相关信息的能力要求。
5. Conduct first round interview.
独立进行首轮面试。
6. Prepare recruitment status and present to HR Manager and related personnel when required.
准备招聘进度报告,并在需要时提交给人力资源经理和相关人员。
7. Cooperate with HR Manager to widen channels for recruitment and develop stronger internal and external staffing channels to build a key talent pool.
与人力资源经理合作,拓宽招聘渠道,发展更强大的内部和外部人员配备渠道,打造重点人才库。
8. Responsible for the timely submission of the monthly headcount related report reports (headcount numbers, employee turnover and new hire reports, etc.)
负责及时提交每月人数相关的报告报告(员工人数,员工流动率和新员工报告等)。
9. Other tasks assigned from HR manager.
人力资源经理分配的其他任务。
Qualifications: 任职要求:
1. Bachelor or above in Human Resource and Business Administration.
人力资源和工商管理专业本科或以上学历。
2. At least 5 years’ experience as Recruiter. E-commerce related background is preferred.
5年或以上的招聘经验。 电子商务相关背景优先。
3. Fluent in spoken and written English.
流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。
4. Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
熟练掌握Microsoft Office(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)。
5. Has patience and passion for HR work.
对人力资源工作有耐心和热情。
6. Excellent communication skills.
出色的沟通技巧。
