Job Description:

1. Provide quick and high quality recruiting service to J&J functions;

2. Manage on the recruiting process from sourcing to offering;

3. Understand the function requirement and provide recruiting solutions timely;

4. Support on team's daily work including team coordination and payment management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree and above, and at least 2 year experience in recruiting;

2. Big picture oriented with customer service attitude;

3. Fluent English writing and speaking;

4. Adapt to the environment quickly with high learning agility;

5. Multinational company background is preferred;
