The Recruiter will be responsible for end to end hiring process. Will be considered as a trusted advisor, as she/he works closely with Hiring Managers and HR BP to meet the needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Execute recruiting processes across the entire recruitment cycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, assessment, and hiring.
Responsible for ensuring recruitment processes comply with appropriate business controls and documentations.
Build effective relationship with line managers and HRBP by proactive communication and strong customer service.
Collaborate internally and externally with our clients to assure our prospective candidates are recruited in a professional and timely manner.
Continuously improving Sourcing strategy with sourcing channel innovation
Developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent
Set up active candidates file to enlarge recruiting pool/channel
Negotiating and manage verbal offers with candidates
As a team member to join campus recruiting, process improvement,etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
1-3 years recruitment experience in MNC or searching firm
International recruitment experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Mandarin Chinese
Self-motivated and results oriented, quick learner
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
