Recruiter (IT Technical Direction)

Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions.
2. Implement strategies and methods on CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.
3. Take the initiative to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status including providing complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status. Provide flexible solutions when hit the plateau status.
4. Take full responsibility of offers through workday system.(incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.)
5. Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain the talent pool that provides internal sourcing.
Qualifications
1. High degree of proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Internet applications
2. Basic knowledge on IT labor market trends
3. Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools/Systems
4. Interview and assessment skills
5. 2-4 years’ experience as a recruiter either in house or in consulting firms in the IT industry
6. Bachelor’s degree or above
7.Have experience in Workday is a plus.
8. Good command of English both in speaking and writing

2.通过各种招聘渠道,有效地搜索简历并筛选出合适的候选人。
3.主动与招聘经理沟通招聘进展,全面分析相关职位的招聘现状,在遇到招聘瓶颈时能提供灵活的解决方案。
4.通过Workday 系统负责offer 全流程操作(包括与候选人沟通、提出offer申请,发出录用通知书等)。
5.扩大目标人才库,并与合适的候选人保持联系。 与HR同事密切合作,建立/维护公司内部的人才库。
岗位要求:
1.熟练使用MS Office,Outlook和Internet应用程序
2.熟悉IT行业人才市场的基本趋势
3.熟悉招聘流程和相关人力资源工具/系统
4.精通面试评估技巧
5.具备2到4年IT行业的招聘经验
6.本科以上学历
7.有相关Workday系统经验更好
8.具备良好的英语沟通和读写能力
