This role, you could:
1.Own responsibility to attract talent join us.
2.Involve whole recruitment process to screen who is best fit.
3.Join the discussion keeping the same step with Acer's future.
4.Initiate any you think deserve to do.

This role, you should:
1.Take ownership to all tasks/assignments, do any necessary to make sure things happen
2.Raise up to request resources proactively, before things going wrong
3.Love being with people, talk, Face to face, email, video
4.Passionate about problem solving and create balance
5.Manage and administer the entire staffing process from receiving requisitions to on-boarding.( The process will include: job specs collection, job postings, resumes screening, processing interviews, candidates and internal customers’ engagements, and etc.)
6.Develop various staffing strategies using multiple sourcing channels.
7.Manage internal HR systems to ensure accuracy of talent pool.
8.Provide staffing advices and selection tools to hiring managers so that the staffing cycle can be completed efficiently.
9.Project company’s image to candidates and external vendors
10.Establish relationships with potential candidates in the related industries to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
11.Support the team or other team members on HR project if needed.
12.Might need to extend staffing services to Asia Pacific, or other regions.

資格
1.Above 6 years HR experience, at least 3 years in recruitment
2.Fluent in both English and Chinese.

- Package: Monthly Salary NTD 35,000 above
