Job Description
Recruiter, Senior HR Officer 高级人力资源主任

Job Definition:
Recruit the best talent in the market for the VF across brands through proactive sourcing, branding, networking, screening, and candidate qualification. Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to drive the end to end recruitment process. Assist in launching / implementing regional talent acquisition programs including but not limited to employer branding, ATS and talent pool building.

Key Result Areas:
Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process across various designated business functions by working closely with HR business partners and hiring managers;
  • Use advanced candidate sourcing techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, user groups, competitive intelligence, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to deliver best-in-class talent solutions to the business
  • Candidate mapping, talent pool establishment; Share market intelligence with HR business partners and hiring managers;
  • Execute highly effective phone interviews, video conferences and in person interviews to qualify candidates and ensure a strong and thorough interview process.
  • Support the hiring team through initial talent screening and assessment, qualified candidates' recommendation and pipelining, and candidate relationship management;
  • Track and report hiring statistics for improvement of recruitment process & performance.
  • Be an effective, committed and participative team member to provide a first-class recruitment consulting service to the company
  • Ensure all candidates have a positive experience at every touch-point in the recruiting cycle

Employer Branding Projects:
  • Support project leaders to work with 3rd party agencies to generate employer branding content, roll out social media recruitment and employee referral program projects etc.

Employee engagement:
  • Support employee events and activities according to available budget.
  • Design, organize and collaborate employee events in accordance with yearly plan, provide good employee experience and enhance the engagement for all levels of employees.
  • Support in delivery training session according to organization requirements

Experience:
  • Over 4 years working experience in HR field
  • With multi-national company background is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal and presentation skills to work in a multinational environment
  • High level of comfort with, and interest in technology, in particular CRM tools, analytics dashboards and content creation tools
  • Excellent listening skills and naturally curious, with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and make good judgments about the required search strategy and/or candidates
  • Concern for quality and pride in all work produced; is consistently careful and methodical with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistent delivery whilst retaining an awareness of the bigger picture

Academic Qualifications:
