Job Description

岗位职责:

  • 与业务部门保持有效的沟通,了解和分析职位需求,并依此选择合适的渠道进行招聘;
  • 发布,对简历进行分类筛选,确定面试名单;
  • 安排并协调合格候选人的面试;
  • 针对职位要求对人才进行面试、评估、筛选与推荐并及时准确的反馈信息;
  • 与候选人保持良好的沟通;
  • 及时追踪业务部门面试结果,按要求及时完成周报及月报等相关报表;
  • 与拟录用人员进行待遇沟通,完成录用通知;
  • 维护、更新网络招聘渠道,开发新招聘渠道;

任职资格:

  • 本科以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先;
  • 1年以上人力资源或招聘相关工作经验,熟悉国家相关法律法规;
  • 亲和力佳,擅长有效沟通,并有优秀的解决各种问题的能力;
  • 富有激情,能够在一定的压力下独立开展工作;
  • 具备良好的团队合作精神和习惯;
  • 客户服务意识强;
  • 学习能力强;
  • 英文流利,普通话标准。


Job Responsibility:

  • Keep efficient communication with hiring managers, understand and analyze position requirements, and select suitable channels accordingly for recruitment;
  • Post ads to selected job boards or other channels, screen CVs and confirm the short list for interviews;
  • Make a good use of various channels or skills to approach talents for hiring managers;
  • Select qualified candidates by conducting interviews, proper evaluation tools;
  • Arrange and co-ordinate interviews for hiring managers with the candidates on short lists;
  • Keep in touch with candidates;
  • requirements and provide reports on time;
  • Follow up with hiring managers and finish related weekly/monthly reports timely;
  • Communicate with qualified candidates and send Offer Letters;
  • Maintain and update online recruitment ads, develop more channels for recruitment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, HR related major is a plus;
  • 1 year or more experience in the field of HR or Recruitment, familiar with related labor laws or regulations;
  • Strong interpersonal skill and problem-solving oriented communication capability;
  • Fully passionate to work independently under high pressure;
  • Good team work spirit and habit;
  • Strong service sense;
  • Strong learning ability;
  • Good English and Mandarin ability.
