- Welcoming our guests, direct our visitors, strictly implement office access control process
- Greeting callers via phone and email, handle switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls in a professional manner
- Gateway of incoming and outgoing mails, newspaper and magazines and make sure safe delivery;
- Assist in office security system management with accurate control, record and audit.
- Office supply and vendor management for name card, access card, stationery, tea & coffee, etc.
- Manage office key box.
- Assist in company event and team activities
- Other admin work when needed

- Reliable, responsible, and have a pleasant, professional manner and equally positive attitude.
- Mature & independent
- Team spirit
- Flexible, multi-tasking, detail oriented
- good command of English and Mandarin, both in oral and written
- IT skills: MS Word, MS Excel
