Job Description


  • Welcoming our guests, direct our visitors, strictly implement office access control process
  • Greeting callers via phone and email, handle switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls in a professional manner
  • Gateway of incoming and outgoing mails, newspaper and magazines and make sure safe delivery;
  • Assist in office security system management with accurate control, record and audit.
  • Office supply and vendor management for name card, access card, stationery, tea & coffee, etc.
  • Manage office key box.
  • Assist in company event and team activities
  • Other admin work when needed
