Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Attend to all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries.
  • Assist in making overseas call and conference call.
  • Update telephone listing.
  • Maintain office security by following the safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk.
  • Collect and distribute all incoming mails, parcels, courier and fax documents.
  • Frank, record and send all outgoing mails promptly.
  • Assist with sorting, filing, scanning, and printing of documents.
  • Maintain,track, and replenish stationeries.
  • Ensure office area is always clean and tidy.
  • Assist recruitment team with walk-in interviews.
  • Assist in pantry work when office cleaner is not around.
  • Assist to liaise with building management on minor maintenance issues.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
  • Min GCE ‘O’ level with 1 year experience
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
