Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Attend to all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries.
- Assist in making overseas call and conference call.
- Update telephone listing.
- Maintain office security by following the safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk.
- Collect and distribute all incoming mails, parcels, courier and fax documents.
- Frank, record and send all outgoing mails promptly.
- Assist with sorting, filing, scanning, and printing of documents.
- Maintain,track, and replenish stationeries.
- Ensure office area is always clean and tidy.
- Assist recruitment team with walk-in interviews.
- Assist in pantry work when office cleaner is not around.
- Assist to liaise with building management on minor maintenance issues.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ level with 1 year experience
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
