Join our five star luxury property and assist in the day to day operations of the Front Office Team, as well as providing leadership during Relief Assistant Manager shifts.
Through the use of effective Front Office skills you will:
- Provide efficient service for guest reservations, registration and departure, concierge and porterage services;
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information;
- Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
- Assist in the management of the day-to-day operation of Front Office, Portering, and Night Audit functions.
- Assist the Operations Manager with department planning tasks, including but not limited to, ordering, rostering and team member training.
Work Experience
- Previous Front Office experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Passion for high end hospitality with an eye for detail
- Ability to build warm relationships and gain trust at all levels
- Knowledge of Opera or similar property management system
- Full, clean valid drivers license
- LCQ & General Managers Certificate preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with occasional overnight shift coverage.
