Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support including daily office administration, book-keeping, data-entry, meeting arrangements, equipment procurement and maintenance
  • Perform reception duties including replying telephone and email enquiries, arranging client appointments for psychological services, assisting audience reception in talks and seminars, monitoring room booking
  • Coordinate working procedures with internal departments and external parties
  • Undertake other miscellaneous and ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, such as Administration Officer, Receptionist, Customer Service
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with good command of both written and verbal Chinese & English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and fast word processing
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and mature
  • High problem-solving skills & able to handle multi-task independently
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Recent graduates are welcomed
