We have operations in 6 countries (Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, India and South Korea), and 4 offices employing over 100 people worldwide.
Our client is an international IT firm. They are looking for a Receptionist with fluent English speaking. Candidate with customer services experience is also welcome.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate person as necessary
- Answer all inbound telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Responsible for the reception area, meeting rooms and all common areas in a good working order
- Provide a diverse range of administration support and assistance to the business units as required include but not limit to travel/event arrangements, office utilities/supplies management, vendors management, etc.
- Responsible for ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years & relevant working experience
- Good command in English & Mandarin (English speaking environment)
- Professional, strong organizational skill candidate with welcoming attitude
