1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
2.Meet and greet clients and visitors
3. Receive and sort mail and deliveries
4. In charge of daily attendance system and monthly attendance reports
6. Manage the office stationery supply
7. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences telephone calls
8. Tidy and maintain the reception area
9. Performs other related duties
1. Candidate should be upbeat, personable and willing to assist as needed
2. Excellent customer service and communications skills
3. Basic MS Office and Email computer skills required
4. Candidate must have a mature and professional demeanor, outgoing personality and friendly manner when greeting guests and answering calls
5. Ability to work independently
