Job Description

職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

此職位為前台行政人員,需要良好的中英文對話溝通能力,以及專業的電話應對技巧,並支援其他交辦行政事項,且能有獨立工作能力,將指派的任務以準時且高品質的標準完成。

1. 接聽客戶電話、英文email書信、簽證辦理等行政事宜。
2. 櫃台前台事務、用品採購、對帳、行政文書工作等主管交辦事項。

需求條件 / Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years office administration working experience in professional firms or MNC
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Mature, presentable, cheerful, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with cross levels of staff
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Team player
  • Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
