Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Good host to answer the internal and external phone call;

2. Office appliance purchasing and managing;

3. Visiting relevant the clients' offices for corporate set up;

4. Keeping in close touch with the tax bureau and banks and submitting documents to them if any.

5. Any other corporate service-related work required.

6. Other tasks assigned by the company.


Requirements:

1. Client service spirit;

2. Experience in dealing with company officers for business set up is an advantage;

3. Good command of spoken and written English skills;

4. Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, etc.);

5. Mature and well-organized.

6.Travelling inside Guangdong province is required.
