Job Description
Responsibilities:

Answer and transfer phone calls and messages accuracy and efficiency

Visitors receiving

Express receiving, delivery and register

Keep reception area in a clean, good image

Hotel booking and transportation arrangement(service) for international visitors

Flight and train tickets booking if required

Check meeting room’s facilities, book meeting room and connect VCs, assure meeting rooms to be clean, tidy at all times incl. preparation with drinks and stationery etc. before meetings, and tidy up after meetings


Offer stationery to local staff, make routine monthly procurement and stock check for stationery and office supplies

Booking of external restaurant, or order food for those who are in training and meetings as required

Monitor the daily running of shuttle bus

Administration of information display and updates on the monitors at front desk


? Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
