Job Description

Job description:

  • To answer the incoming telephone calls with manners, and sets the switch board for non-office time.
  • To do the visitor management;
  • To select and sign corporate hotel, and arrange hotel accommodation for visitors.
  • To arrange the printing for business name cards, company envelops and letters, etc.
  • To check the driver's reimbursement receipts.
  • To maintain the office facilities and equipment, such as door system, phone system, coffee machine, copy machine, etc.
  • To register and manage mobile phones, which belong to the company.
  • To be the buyer of office equipment equipments, help admin supervisor to select qualified suppliers;
  • To Finish other jobs assigned by admin supervisor;
  • To deal with the visa, Invitation Letter & Dispatch Letter.
  • Maintains the common expense statements in computer.
  • Acts as the Cashier for the company's petty cash.


Job requirement:

  • College degree or above.
  • More than 1 year working experience.
  • Good command of English in spoken and written. CET4 or above
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication skills and team work spirit.
