Key Responsibilities :
Reception Support 50%
1.Good host to answer the internal and external phone call
2.Receive and register all visitors with internal policy and also arrange visitors’ temporary access card issuing and retrieving
3.Assistant to incoming and outgoing mail/parcel
4. Support courier / stationery vendor review and daily procedure and related KPI monitoring properly.
Travel & Logistic 30%
1.Strictly follow the new policy to book tickets and hotels
2.Support to hotel contract renew well (Yearly)
3.invitation letters prepared (without any mistake)
4.Support the transportation as Sr Admin officer’s back-up
Office Support 20%
1.Assist any event / logistics support, such as document preparation, meeting room reservation.
2.Assist office appliance/assets/cleaning check & mmaintenance
3.Support related admin expense voucher and do the monthly payments
4. Support Admin Team if have any renovation documents support.
Required Experience & Skills :
1. College degree or above, major or not, decent appearance
2. Cet-4 or above, good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing
3. Proficient in computer and OFFICE software
4. Excellent customer service awareness, careful and diligent work, strong sense of responsibility
