Responsibility:
1. meeting and greeting clients, announcing the arrival of guests to internal staff
2. maintaining presentation of the reception area
3. booking travel accommodation and flight
4. ordering office stationery and organising office function if required.
5. supporting Operations department for some paper work
6. Other admin duties as directed
Requirement:
1. Graduate is preferred. Majored in logistics or international trade is an advantage.
2. Good communication in English
3. Responsible, friendly and cooperative teamplayer
