Main Responsibilities ( detailed tasks ):
Play as the receptionist on front desk and offer professional service in answering phone calls, dispatching mails, fax, welcoming visitors.
Choose health and safety restaurants and order lunch for HQ staff in working days, apply and reimburse the expense in budget according to financial policy
Reserve tickets and hotel accommodation for traveling staff and visitors.
Be responsible for keeping related admin documents and filing, record working attendance of staff in the office.
Arrange administration work such as office management, control cost of office stationary, lease with the Property Department and local labor agencies.
Assist to organize some communication activities in shanghai office and national activities.
Offer support to national HR supervisor and assist with some national HR projects and activities.
8. Other duties arranged by the supervisor.
Skills requirement:
College graduate in English /Secretary or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in secretarial and administration management; Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-management and self-driven, able to work independently and under high pressure.
