Job Description

Main Responsibilities ( detailed tasks ):

  • Play as the receptionist on front desk and offer professional service in answering phone calls, dispatching mails, fax, welcoming visitors.

  • Choose health and safety restaurants and order lunch for HQ staff in working days, apply and reimburse the expense in budget according to financial policy

  • Reserve tickets and hotel accommodation for traveling staff and visitors.

  • Be responsible for keeping related admin documents and filing, record working attendance of staff in the office.

  • Arrange administration work such as office management, control cost of office stationary, lease with the Property Department and local labor agencies.

  • Assist to organize some communication activities in shanghai office and national activities.

  • Offer support to national HR supervisor and assist with some national HR projects and activities.

8. Other duties arranged by the supervisor.


Skills requirement:


  • College graduate in English /Secretary or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year experience in secretarial and administration management; Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-management and self-driven, able to work independently and under high pressure.
