Job Description

Position name: Reception and Sourcing assistant(*** )

Basic requirement: college graduated or above, good English skill

basic salary:5000-6000

Responsibility:


Reception:

1. Answer telephone, transfer to correct person or take notes

2. Pack the parcels which need to be sent, and take notes, call the couriers in, fill in the waybill.

3. Check the paper of printing machine, copy machine and fax, make sure never run out of paper.

4. Maintain all the facilities and keep cleanness of office, any problem happened, have it fixed up in time.

5 Contact with IT or net supplier while there’s any problem with the computers or the net work.

6. While office is out of any stationery or daily used commodities, make a list, sent the list to General Manager for check, while the list is approved,go ahead with purchasing.

7. Book hotel, book and buy the train ticket and Air-flight ticket while needed.

8. keep record of team’s annual leave application


Component Order management:

1. place orders to different component suppliers and follow the delivery

2. update UK with delivery status and ask for necessary documents from supplier

3. keep record of each order


Sourcing assistant:

1. assist buyers on sourcing

2. be responsible for small and simply component sourcing/development/delivery
