Job Description

You will mainly:

  • Maintain a good image of the front desk area of the office.
  • 保持办公室前台区域的良好形象。
  • Receive and welcome office visitors and provide appropriate direction.
  • 接待和欢迎办公室访客, 并提供适当的引导。
  • Receive, direct and relay public inquiries, telephone messages.
  • 接收、指导和转发公众查询、电话信息
  • Prepare welcome packs, staff ID cards and relevant on-boarding service for new office staff.
  • 为办公室新员工准备欢迎礼包、员工卡和相关的入职服务。
    Provide ordering service and distribution service of office supplies and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • 提供办公用品的订购服务和发放服务, 并保持充足的办公用品库存。
  • Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
  • 维护最新和准确的归档系统。
  • Provide local hotel booking assistance for office visitors.
  • 为办公室访客提供当地酒店预订协助。
  • Provide other secretarial support to office management department.
  • 为办公室管理部门提供其他秘书支持。

You have/are:

  • College degree or above.
  • 大专以上学历。
  • Preferably you have at least 1-year experience in reception service or administration.
  • 您***有至少1年的前台接待或行政经验。
  • Good command of computer skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
  • 良好的计算机技能, 包括 excel、word 等。
  • High fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • 英语流利程度 (口语和书面)。
  • Experienced in event organization or highly interested.
  • 有活动组织经验或极具兴趣。
  • Must be a people person, good at communication and service oriented.
  • 必须以人为本,善于沟通并有服务意识。
  • You are detailed oriented, patient and have good organization skills.

  • You are able to flexible and make quick & correct decisions when situation needs.
