Job Duties:
-Inspect goods to determine if order quantities and weights are accurate, good quality and of HACCP hygiene standard.
-Ensure goods deliver to the kitchens and individual departments and placing in appropriate storage areas.
-Input invoices to the computer and post to the inventory system on a daily basis.
-Ensure that incoming merchandise is dated and rotated in all circumstances, proper stock rotation by FIFO.
-Monitor and take inventory on regular basis.
-Take on ad hoc procurement task as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
-Secondary education
-1-2 year's relevant experience in store and receiving, preferably in catering and hospitality industry
-Positive, hardworking and willing to learn
-Knowledge in F&B especially the name of products in English and Chinese
-Computer literacy on Microsoft software including MS Word and Excel etc
-Willing to shift during Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday(6 Days work)
