Our company client is the Chinese subsidiary of French Center Parcs Group, which is the European leader in local tourism. Our company client has now a Joint Venture in China. The Joint Venture will be a leading platform in China for the design and operation of a new type of tourism destinations / resorts inspired by the concepts of our company client products in Europe.

The Group’s holding company is listed on the Paris stock market on the NYSE Euronext Paris index.

Job Location: Based in Shanghai – JingAn District

Responsibility

• Responsible for the national and international market research and information collection of real estate agency projects (including the customer groups, project details and return on investment, other channels and details of the project etc.),

• Develop expansion plans and tools to negotiate or sign contracts;

• Get the feedback from developer's on relevant information and needs to ensure the smooth progress of the company's projects;

• Establish and maintain a cooperative relationship with the developer to obtain more resources;

• Coordinate with other departments to complete other auxiliary work.

  Requirement

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate

• Proficient in English or French (mandatory)

• Strong real estate developers resource integration capabilities and ideas, with strong real estate resources to promote;

• Strong sense of purpose and action, as well as better communication and coordination, negotiation skills;

• Excellent problem solving skills and strong self-initiative

• Excellent acquaintance of Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook
