Main Purpose and Job Scope

This role is to support all offices to be moved into WeWork. Key responsibilities includes managing all aspects of facility operations with WeWork; supplier and contract management and ensure vendors' delivery of qualified services.

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Site selection, evaluation, lease negotiation and contract management
• Provide workplace solutions for SBUX offices planned moving in Wework sites in different cities
• Work as operational first point of contact to the landlord and agency
• Budget plan and payment settlement
• Provide administrative support to regional offices including but not limited to meeting room usage, event support, and travel service etc
• Major interface to internal service provider (IT, security…) and external service provider (Wework, express, 3rd party filing vendor, travel agency, event vendor…) for regional offices

Requirements

Summary of Experience

• lease management and space planning, ideally in RE&FM agency experience +5years
• Real estate experience is expected, working independently as interface to landlord, professional agency, in-house legal and functional leader
• Administrative experience in managing various service providers
• Facility management experience is a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find workplace solutions to meet fast growing business
• Supportive role of procurement of FM and admin vendors
• Basic financial analysis knowledge for business case study
• Prioritized and well organized under multiple tasks
• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, fluent English in written and communication
