Responsibilities: 1、Plan and execute market development strategies 2、Conduct Market network planning and make timely updates 3、Actively looking for new sites and new opportunities 4、fulfill annual new store opening targets 5、Real estate negotiation 6、Conduct real estate investment feasibility studies 7、Prepare capex and site approval submission documents 8、Maintain good relationship with local government and local landlords Requirements: 1、Large food/ beverage/restaurant chain industry experience strongly preferred 2、Real Estate or design background is preferred 3、Previous relevant experiences (5-8 years for supervisor position and 3-5 years for Senior Site Finders,and 2 years for site finders) 4、Willing to travel (60%+, and could be higher in the initial stage) 5、English read / write required
