Today, we are recruiting a Rail Electrification Sectiorn Manager to Join our Project Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: Management and supervision of personnel working within the REL maintenance section with the objective to ensure that the REL system is kept operational and available. Managing and supervising the shift leaders, engineers, technicians and workers, who are employed within REL maintenance section as well as any temporary personnel Responsibility for the technically correct conditions and the timely availability of the segments, which forms a part of the maintenance section. Networking between the various maintenance and operation departments to manage scheduled maintenance tasks Conducting of internal meetings within the maintenance section Co-ordination of the interfaces between the maintenance sections Responsibility for appropriate actions in the event of incidents within the maintenance section Tailoring requirements for the recruitment of personnel in co-operation with the human resource manager and suggests training programs for the staff under his management Optimization of maintenance tasks as result of ongoing analysis Review of inspection results and decision making of appropriate actions Analysing of the maintenance history for the related equipment and facilities Responsibility for the reporting system to ensure the availability of sufficient and suitable spares for his area of supervision Responsibility for a quick / short time availability of suitable manpower, adequate tools and materials in events of incidents Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 10+ Years of Recognized qualification on similar projects, with a preferable of 5 years of relevant experience in the transport industry. Good Experince in Project Managemnt. Already held a managerial position. Good understanding of analytical and investigative principles and procedures. Good Leadreship skills. Excellent command of both the spoken and written English language.
