工作职责：
Strength analysis for related Rail projects in China
为国内的轨道产品项目提供应力分析、强度计算等方面的技术支持
Technical optimize solution for operating project
为现行项目提供技术优化方案
Engineering work in coupler OTC period
在轨道车钩产品订单到产品交付阶段提供工程技术支持
Coordination with German engineering department for carrying out of project
与德国总部工程技术部门保持良好沟通
Requirements:
岗位要求：
Master degree or above, major in engineering mechanics, FEA is plus
硕士及硕士以上学历，工程力学专业，有有限元分析经验者优先
Capability of English oral, read and write and skillful in MS Office
英文读写流利，熟练使用MS相关软件
Good communication skills, customer-oriented, team player, proactive and efficient
良好的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神，积极主动高效
