YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Radiology Business Systems Training Intern, are to:

• Map administrative tasks performed by radiology field personnel including the roles of clinical performance, portfolio sales, strategic account managers and regional sales directors, so we may streamline processes and create efficiencies;
• Be the liaison between field personnel, business systems and knowledge management team to help identify gaps in onboarding process with a focus on system training;
• Gain an understanding of the complexities of the radiology business as it relates to performing field duties;
• Understand complex radiology system architecture and identify system training needs;
• Recommend training plans and process improvements to enhance and optimize our daily employee experience with a focus on field roles.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program;
• Independent worker with passion to grow and develop;
• High degree of verbal and written competence;
• Creativity in developing training plans and strategies that enhance field utilization of software platforms;
• Ability to recognize commercial field problems and opportunities; initiate plans to correct or improve the situation;
• Good presentation skills (oral and written communication);
• Strong organization and project management skills;
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering Masters student;
• GPA of 3.0 within your major;
• Prior work experience in the form of internships or full-time employment
