Job Summary ：

Mechanical designing for the reaction process machines with customer’s specifications and considering the best optimized approach in terms of cost and quality.

Responsibilities

1) Work as mechanical engineer to develop new product concepts for mid-tech market in China, based on market benchmark requirements and solutions.

2) Basic engineering and detailed engineering, including technical calculations, structure design, drive design, pneumatic system design, FEA, 3D-Models, layout, flowsheets, detailed drawings, and BOMs .

3) Cost estimation and technical specification prepartion .

4) Equipment documentation , inspection guideline, spare part list, and etc.

5） Provide technical supports to other departments, such as strategy procurement, Production, Quality, and PM.

6） Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical engineering, or relatives.

2. Good English (oral and written), CET-4

3.Eng. and Technology: Knowledge of the practical application of mechanical engineering.

4.Design: Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models in the environment of any 3D CAD.

5.Production and Processing: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

6.PC abilities: any one of 3D-CAD (better Inventor) software, SAP, and MS Office.
