To facilitate the development and management of corp. RPA (Robotic Process Automation) project. It is also required to support the department to conduct process management, LOA management, ICS (Internal Control System) management & CSA (Control Self-Assessment) for digital transformation of the company. Corporate RPA (50%): 1. Program management of corp. RPA project.
2. Work with other departments to initiate RPA project.
3. Responsible for the implementation scope, schedule and financial management of RPA project.
4. Serve as integrator between business needs and technology solutions to solve business challenges and maximize value delivered.
Corporate process management support (30%): 1. Develop / improve corporate process management for the digital transformation.
2. Work with other departments to initiate process improvement tasks to streamline operational process.
3. Identify root causes, propose & implement solutions for process related tasks.
LOA, ICS, & other special tasks (20%)
At least 7 years experiences in telecommunications industries and in the related functions of RPA, process management, project management, or quality management areas.
