Job Description:

• Hand / support local/regional/global applications, such as finance, HR, purchase, quality, legal system.

• Minor iVanti / pick up related tickets

• Participate in IT related projects per requests. Eg: system install, upgrade, function testing, training, etc.

• Backup other region support team

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration, or other related field.
• Minimum 2 years end user IT support experience is required
• Work systematic and have good communication skills
• Good English skills at speaking, reading and writing
• Strong self-study ability.
• Familiar with VB, C#, .Net UI
• Related experience in Win server, SQL is plus
