  • Perform reception duties including handling phone calls and courier / mail arrangement in a professional manner
  • Manage meeting room booking arrangement
  • Assist in company events coordination
  • Responsible for general administration tasks
  • Handle the ad hoc tasks as assigned


Requirement


  • Diploma or higher
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in western companies
  • Solid customer service experience with strong people skills
  • Good working attitude and result-orientation
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • A team player with positive & enthusiastic personality
  • Good presentation
  • Immediate available preferred
