Responsibilities
1、Responsible for product development projects collecting or receiving from the product managers of the overseas companies and the sales staff at home and abroad.
2、Responsible for the calculation of the estimated cost of the project and project feasibility assessment.
3、Responsible for the early development of the project, determining the product appearance, functionality and core technology solutions.
4、Responsible for organizing the R & D project team to complete the structural design at the final stage and implement the projects till the completion of the BOM for the finished products.
5、Responsible for the daily operational management of the R & D project team.
Position Requirements
1、28 to 35 years old
2、Full-time university graduate
3、 CET 6 or above, barrier-free to communicate with the overseas product managers.
4、 Fluent Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing (only for the Chinese candidates born in the overseas)
5、At least 5 years working experience in R & D projects
6、With the background of the undergraduate education in mechanical electronics and engineering.
7、With the working experience in the design and manufacturing of the toys, leisure and entertainment consuming products.
8、The returned students with the working experience from the North America and Europe are preferred.
