岗位职责

Function Requirements Education: ・ Bachelor degree aboveExperience: ・ 2 years R&D working experience in Food & Beverage industry; Skills: ・ Innovative; ・ Strong learning capability; ・ Good communication and interpersonal skill; ・ Leadership ・ Necessary PC skills; ・ Result driven; Responsibilities ・ Work closely with marketing, and other departments to understand trend of the bakery market and initiate new product concepts and develop the new products according to project brief; ・ Leading the trial production of new products; ・ Project management on new product development; ・ Develop network leveraging internal & external resources to support innovation and product development; ・ Develop and broaden knowledge of bread or cake/mousse;
