This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Establish, standardize and standardize product management system, promote internal process improvement and efficiency improvement, and provide templates, tools and methods;
• Assisted the person in charge of each business area, functional departments and business departments in product management and communication, and promoted the implementation of products;
• Responsible for communication and coordination with r&d, quality, engineering design, production, sales and after-sales departments to build and improve products; 4. Collect and analyze measurement data of product line projects regularly, and continuously improve processes and rules, data statistics and product profit assessment;
• Responsible for process evaluation during the implementation of product projects, organized efficient delivery, optimized and balanced resources;
• Follow up the development of new technologies, grasp the development trend of products, and put forward suggestions and requirements for the future development of products;
• Collect market information, competitive environment information, etc., put forward suggestions on product market strategies, and implement market strategies to achieve sales;
• Be familiar with the technical characteristics of the products in charge, understand the level of similar products in the same industry, and timely put forward suggestions on product improvement and cost control
• Complete the whole project according to the planned timeline and target project cost.

Qualifications

• Switchgear industry, low-voltage technology and low-voltage components related background for more than 8 years
• Familiar with the parameters and specifications of three foreign brands and domestic manufacturers of low-voltage components in the same industry, able to optimize the configuration scheme of low-voltage cabinets according to load tables
• Familiar with the structure arrangement of low-voltage switchgear of mainstream models
• Familiar with relevant national standards and industry standards in low-pressure field
• More than 8 years of experience in product project management
• Be familiar with and master the technical characteristics and application occasions of each low-voltage component;
• Understand customer demand and market development trend of products in charge, determine the future development plan of low-voltage components products;
• Collect market competition information and determine differentiated marketing strategies;
• According to the annual sales target and marketing strategy, determine the annual marketing plan of low-voltage components and implement it
