1.Define strategy and criteria for advanced technology or certain project.
2. Co-work with device and project team to develop spice model.
3. Spice Model test structure design and PCM spec setup.
4. Device relative mismatch and variability characterisation.
5. Interface with PDK, Design and external customers to fix characterization or modeling issues.

职位要求:

1. Master degree and above in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics / Material.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in device.
3. Above 2 years experience of Spice model.
