As an R&D Engineer - Electronic you will be responsible for production abnormal problem solving, identifies root cause of problems and prevent the similar problems in the future, for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the R&D Team Manager, you will initiate and drive technology using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area of product & manufacturing.

Your responsibilities

• Maintaining or designing documentation for electrical product
• Improving the quality and performance of the current product
• Realizing new electrical product industrialization and localization
• Leading abnormal production issues analyzing & solving
• Ensuring calculation, simulation and verification for electrical circuit
• Designing electrical product according to the specification
• Ensuring smooth production and high production output, technical problem analyzing skill, no production stop caused by technical problem

Your background

• 2 years of working experience preferably in low voltage product
• Sound knowledge and skills in Electronic analysis and calculation skills. EDA and electrical simulation software skills.
• Excellent multi-department cooperation skills
• A bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic or other related area
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work independently without supervision and able to handle high volumes of work.
• Excellent documentation quality with structure thinking
