As an R&D Engineer - Driven Code & Electronics Engineer you will be responsible for electronic hardware development or redesign, in Electrification Business Area in Beijing, China.

Reporting to the R&D Team Manager, you will collaborate with testing team to perform R&D verification test.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for electronic hardware development or redesign (for example, Building Automation products, Thermostat, Smart Sensor, Actuator, HVAC controller, IoT access Devices, etc.) according to product manager’s requirements
• Contributing significant in technology/product development by identifying, proposing and implementing innovative electronic design solution
• Designing Schematic and PCB layout for electronic product, drawings and verification tests
• Experiencing on 32bit Arm platform circuit design, Embedded driven code design and verification tests design
• Defining product specification and verification test scheme according to relevant products requirements and standards
• Collaborating with testing team to perform R&D verification test
• Solving the technical related problem from production and market
• Writing the related technical documentations

Your background

• Experience in embedded hardware and driven code development
• Experience in electrical/electronic products, or smart/IoT application products, or embedded system development
• Sound knowledge and experience on digital and analog circuit design for building automation control device
• Familiar with C program and usage of Modbus, TCP/IP, and the communication of Zigbee/NB-IoT/4G etc.,
• Familiar with the application of chief ARM MCU (ST, Microchip, NXP,TI, etc.) chipset, and Knowledge on embedded RTOS (FreeRTOS / UCOSII, etc.) environment are preferred
• A bachelor’s degree or above, major in electronic or automatic technology related professional
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral
