1. Design and implement lab experiments and relevant tests on the silicone based products for consumer care.

2. Evaluate and screen the developed silicone products through application test in specific formula.

3. Support the scale-up of innovation product in plant on demand.

4. Assist the building up of technical capability for competence center of consumer care.

5. Identify any potential of existing products or new chance to answer the consumer's needs.

6. Actively monitor relevant local IP landscape and strengthen company IP position.

7. Independent documentation via lab reports in Mandarin and English.

8. Meet the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.

1. Ph.D. preferred.

2. Major in fine chemical and polymer preferred.

Knowledge/Requirement

1. Solid knowledge of Chemistry, Silicone Chemistry preferred.

2. Familiar with the R&D and IP procedures.

3. Excellent command of written and spoken English.

4. Good IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook).

5. Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality including intercultural competence.

Experience

1. At least 2 years R&D related working experience in chemical or consumer care industries.

(Fresh graduate can also be considered if Ph.D.)
