This job will work with the PRISMA team in our Keysight Internet Infrastructure organization, within our Network Access group. PRISMA and Keysight offer a comprehensive, innovative 5G solutions portfolio for customers at the forefront of advancing communications technology.

? Integrate new RAN features into PRISMA products, in team with both the Customer and the PRISMA development team in Milan

? Professional support on site or remotely in cooperation with development team

? Assist with configuration, software installations and upgrades of PRISMA products

? Open, troubleshoot, track, resolve, escalate system and subsystem configuration, interface, hardware, software, and/or data faults using JIRA

? Analyze and discuss new requirements with the customer, follow up with development team on implementation

Essential Requirements

? University degree in a technical subject, such as Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

? At least 3 years of experience within the area of mobile telecommunications systems

? Experience in wireless system testing(RAN testing) in one or more of feature, functional, performance testing areas

? Proven experience gained with 5G or LTE networks

? Familiarity with 3GPP-specifications (5G, LTE, WCDMA, GSM)

? Fluency in both spoken and written English

? Familiar with PRISMA or TM500 etc UE emulators is plus
