Job Description

• To manage in the cost planning, cost control, contract management to the project requirements
• In project estimate, tender, variation order audit, settlement
• Preparing tender document, bill of quantities, contract and other related cost document
• Taking off quantities per drawing
• Cost analysis and report
• Finish other works appointed by director

Jod Requirement

• Bachelor degree of building engineering, civil, structure, architecture background

• At least five years experience in quantity surveying
• Know about FIDIC and other contract format
• Familiar with market price of c/s/a material and local standard is a advantage
• CET-4 above, good spoken/written English
• Skilled in computer soft, especially in MS-Office and AutoCAD
• Teamwork spirit, Obedience, Good communication skill, Open mind to new things
• Ability to work under pressure, willing to do overtime work
• C/S/A site work experience preferred
