Knowledge:
? JCIA knowledge and other quality and safety initiatives/programs at local levels
? Knowledge of local health care administration laws and regulations
Responsibilities:
? Assist the Senior Manager Quality &Safety in support of JCI Accreditation, including:
o Maintaining the master index of all BJU policies, procedures and forms
o Formatting policies and procedures,
o Assisting departments in the creation and revision of existing policies/procedures,
o Ensuring no policy overlap or redundancy
o Assisting in staff education for quality and safety
o Internal audits
o Code drills and facility inspections
o Quality Monitor report preparation
? Implementation of the quality and safety plan, including gathering managerial and clinical indicators, preparation and presentation of reports
? Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions
? Maintains an up to date list of all Chinese physician’s licenses files
? Deals with all issues with Chinese physician’s license transfers and renewals
? Coordinates CME training with the medical affaires offices for all Chinese doctors, technicians and pharmacists
Any other tasks as assigned by the Director of QEHS
