As a Quality Specialist in our Flavour Division, you will be responsible to support local Vendor and Customer Quality Programs aligned with global policies Implementation of globally agreed quality requirements from customers. In this exciting role you will:

• Reviews, improves and maintains of local Quality and Food Safety programs aligned with global policy

  • Reviews, improves and maintain the local quality documentation and programs

  • Coordinate and support on improvement and maintenance of the local quality, food safety and defense program

  • Improve and maintenance the local food safety and defense program

  • Conduct internal audits

  • Establish training plans and executes training of ground staff on quality and food safety
    

• Support local Vendor and Customer Quality Programs aligned with global policies Implementation of globally agreed quality requirements from customers

  • Independently manages customer audits and resulting improvement plans

  • Coordinate customer complaint resolution, lead root cause analysis and action follow-up.

  • Coordinate root cause analysis of RM quality non-conformities and actions follow-up. Support vendor audits and perform audits once formally qualified as auditors.

Your professional profile includes:

• University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Sciences, Industrial Chemistry preferred

• Related experience of minimum 5 years of which at least 3 years in equivalent position

• Good technical understanding, computer, organization, presentation, oral and written communication skills are required,

• Good project management and coaching skills.
