Purpose:
Manage quality-related requests from customers in Sartorius China and expedite sample return process to improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1.Follow up quality-related requests from customer in Sartorius China, ie. Customer quality agreements.
- Follow up quality-related request from the reception to its closure.
- Conduct a periodical review of request status with Global contact.
2.Support complaint handling process
- ? Expedite and monitor complaint sample return process.
- Other support on complaint handling, eg. Logbook maintain.
3.Support quality training to commercial and service teams, including but not limited to complaint handling process and customer quality-related request process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Quality, Science, Engineering or Pharmacy or other relevant discipline.
Experiences:
- 2 years progressive Industry experience (desired: pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology) in quality assurance, quality control, quality system or regulatory compliance.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge to GXP and quality system.
- Ability to construct a strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
- High personal initiative and strong ability to motivate self and others.
- Ability to work with multi-cultural teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Desired experience with software Quality System management tools (Trackwise, SAP, etc.)
Working Conditions/Environment (ex. Any irregular or unusual work schedules, travel, etc):
- May require travel 10%
