For its Shanghai office (Xujiahui area), ITBC is recruiting a Quality & Production Inspector

Beginning: 1st August 2016

Job description:

With the position of Quality & Production Supervisor, you must insure and control good quality of the products delivered by ITBC suppliers before container shipment and ensure that the production process follow the requirements.

Lot of business travel in China expected.

Job duty:

? Control & Improve the Production Process

? Follow the order production in order to meet the requested delivery date.

? Apply the Quality Control policy to the supplier (AQL, define the type of defects...)

? Conduct Inspection before shipment

? Conduct Loading inspection before shipment.

? Make inspection reports

? Update Quality database

Skills & background:

? Technology college degree (3 years study)

? Technical drawing handling

? QC documents, inspection process (AQL)

? Material & Mechanical knowledge

? Knowledge of mechanical process such as Stamping, foundry, and plastic injection is compulsory

? Microsoft office software

? Spoken and written English compulsory

Work experience:

? 2 years’ experience in Quality Inspection (company such as Asia Inspection, Intertek, BV)

? And/or 2 years in Production Management in Sheet Metal Factory.

Salary:

? From 5000 RMB per month + social insurance & housing funds

? Bonus according to targets.
