As a Quality & Process Engineer, you will be responsible for Preparing production line work instruction and optimizing the production process, in Motion Business Area in Beijing, China.

Reporting to the Quality Specialist, you will improve supplier raw material quality control.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing production line work instruction, optimizing the production process
• Being responsible for quality control in the production process, improving the first pass yield of product
• Improving supplier raw material quality control
• Reducing customer complains
• Training on Job skill and assessment of production line operators
• Completing temporary work assigned by supervisor

Your background

• 3 years’ of PQC work experience, electrical/ electronic factory work experience is preferred
• Quality or process engineer background in joint ventures or foreign-funded enterprises, familiar with mechanical and electrical products assembly
• Familiar with PFMEA, Lean, common quality tools, SAP/ERP
• Quality engineer with a 6 Sigma green belt is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree or above
• Good English writing and speaking skills
• Good communication and cooperation
