岗位职责 Responsibilities：

• Analyze the mode and cause of all kinds failure of our products;

  产品失效性分析

• Afford technical support for QM and production;

  为QM部门提供技术支持

• Improvement and management of technical documents and lab;

  技术文件及实验室改善管理

• Follow new product；

  新产品跟进

• Ajustment and maintenance of all quality equipments;

  质量部设备调试维护

• Production quality control and analysis, IPQC, finish goods warehouse;

  生产质量控制及分析，管理IPQC、成品库

• CGAC test;

  CGAC 型检

• All kinds of production test;

  各种实验及检测；

• Attendance records of the blue collar in QM dept.;

  质量部工人的考勤统计；

• Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

  上级安排的其他任务。

任职要求 Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历;

2. At least 3 years above industry-related QA experience三年以上相关工作经验

3. Deep understanding of vacuum and WHB concept; 对真空和壁挂炉产品有深度了解;

4. Ability to identify mechanical drawing features and decide inspection criteria; 分析图纸设立检验计划;

5. Good communication skill, English preferred; 良好的沟通能力及英语水平;

6. Strong computer skills 熟悉电脑中常用软件;

7. Good analytical thinking and problem solving 良好的分析及解决问题的能力;

8. Familiar with quality control and inspection process; 熟悉检验过程；

9. Familiar with national standards; 熟悉国标；

10.Have technical background; 有一定技术背景。
