Your responsibilities

  • Quality improving management & OPEX
  • • Plan and implement company quality strategy in accordance with BU/LBU Operations & Quality strategy and company business strategy
  • • Establish and maintain quality control processes for the product, be responsible for company quality control, including components quality and final product quality
  • • Manage and monitor the KPI to make sure quality continue improvement.
  • • CCRP solving for internal and external customer.
  • • Supplier quality monitor through Non-conforming material solving and supplier’s auditing.
  • • Drive continual improvement, working together with other functions to improve supplier performance, improve process performance, conduct audit and participate in cost saving etc..
  • • Conducts benchmarking and best practice spreading within the company to embed a culture of excellence in operational performance.
  • • Establishes and implements Q&OpEx priorities and targets in cooperation with functional team members across all functions within the company, monitors progress and supports actions on deviations from targets.
  • IQC management
  • • Manage the incoming inspection for raw material.
  • • Manage calibration for equipment, device, fixture and tool.
  • • In charge of the Non-conforming material’s solving.
  • FQC management
  • • Manage FQC team and monitor the final product test to ensure the product is qualified.
  • People management
  • • People management and talent development within the department in accordance with quality
  • and HR strategies
  • • Motivate the subordinates
  • • Develop the technical capacity of the team

Your background

  • • At least 6 years’ working experience in quality or product related areas
  • • Good knowledge and skills in quality, production, product or project management
  • • At least 4 years’ experience in people management, show good management skills and leadership
  • • Strong communication skill
  • • Familiar with Medium voltage products
  • • Familiar with quality improvement tools
  • Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments and in both
  • Chinese and English
  • • Strong Leadership capability.
  • • Ability to motive and develop people
  • • Result-orientated and very responsible
  • • Strong ability to solve conflicts.
